I’m fascinated by different living spaces and what makes one or the other feel more comfortable or practical or desirable. Grand large spaces are given so much status in our culture but I’m more curious and interested in the creative ways you can design a space and/or break up a space to allow for many different smaller uses. I’m also interested in the objects people absorb into their homes. Objects that are both chosen or inevitable. How the objects differently signify that a human lives here, that a human has used this space.
